In deference to this loyal reader you should NEVER EVER AGAIN give props to the Yankees.

Oh yeah, and don't forget about Owen Wilson, another in the long list of men Ms. Hudson has "had." In fairness though, she is better than a 5.

There has to be a better joke about the outcome of Trojans versus Beavers, but in the interest of decorum, I will not speculate on what that joke might be.

A microcasm of present day America.

Not the America I knew when I grew up, although there certainly were issues, but not to the drastic ends we see today. Of course, there was not a lot of money behind the bigots back then. They had to burn crosses on lawns and hide behind white (you expected black, maybe?) sheets like the true champions they were. And to think some were actually elected to Congress!

But, action for action, action vs. action, action motivated by greed and power, nothing matches the first decade of this century.

Might be one of my favorite MSG posts of all time! How fun to talk a walk down memory lane with some of my personal heros and thier wacky escapades! Nice touch where you determined whether each should be allowed to play. I think Blount should be reinstated, but I'll be the opposing team and the fans within punching distance will be keeping their helmets on when dude's around!

With a #5 ranking and almost certain losses in the future for all, or at least 3 of the teams ahead of it, Boise State is on the fast track to the BCS championship game. If they are jumped by a one loss team from a BCS conference, Congress will break up the NCAA (like they have nothing better to do.)

Who knows...maybe they deserve the shot after beating OU a few years ago and with Utah's showing last year....but why do I think a properly motivated Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, USC, etc. would beat them up pretty badly.

I was trying all weekend to think of the right phrase to describe your Bear's performance, and you absolutely nailed it with "Dinosaur Egg." Beautiful. You know I feel your pain... A little over a weak ago my Cougars were in a very similar spot (top 10 and looking to move up) Then Fla St. gets slapped around the next week... ugh.
GO LIONS!
